* Class cancellation limits is the maximum amount of cancellations that can be made per month with a full refund. For example, premium plan student is allowed to cancel 20% of their scheduled classes with a full refund every calendar month. If a student is registered for 10 hours, the maximum that the student can cancel every calendar month is 2 hours with a full refund. Cancellations beyond the limit are non-refundable. For Basic plans, cancellations are not allowed but rescheduling is possible if requested 8 hours prior to the lesson.
